The purpose of this exploratory discussion is to allow us to conduct a thorough analysis of their situation, and outline the various options that may be available under the circumstances. Once we have had a chance to meet andmake a preliminary assessment of the situation they are faced with, we will offer recommendations outlining what we believe will be the most sensible andeffective solution to the problem.
In cases where it appears that the most appropriate course of action would be for the debtor to declare personal bankruptcy or a consumer proposal, PBI has all the capabilities required to initiate the action needed to help the debtor file the appropriate solution for them.
